April 1st, 2020 Day #19

Coronavirus Chronicles Day #19

Woke up and was able to do a Zoom workout with some of my FitFuel friends! Thank you Missy! I had to log off early but got to see some much missed faces!!

Got the kids going on E-learning. Another pretty smooth day. We are getting a rhythm.

Got the kids lunch and suggested they build a fort for their Marvel hero’s.

Had to head into town for a Dr Appointment. It is so weird leaving the house!!!

Owen dragged his finger on the pavement. Days without a work time injury just got reset back to 0…

Boys were outside all afternoon and I decided to get a walk in. I learned that if you walk the perimeter of our property it’s .25 miles it’s like our own hilly track! Walked 2 miles between walking the yard and going .25 miles one way down our road and turning around and going the other way. I have great neighbors and we all wave from afar.

Did you know that I hear the word Snack no less than 5,537 times a day and drink 2,459…Owen asked for a drink and I told him I’d get him one later. 5 minutes later I asked him to do something for Dawson and he looked me straight in the eye and said he’d do it for a drink of lemonade…the kid’s got gravitas…I gave him the drink.

So little known fact, my kids know if I’m playing Vivaldi when cooking I’m relaxing. If I’m playing it loudly when cooking I calming down from being mad. It’s just my jam don’t judge. Noah came in from outside heard the music, looked at me, got saucers for eyes and backed out the door quietly. I stopped him and asked what was wrong and he asked if everything was okay or if I needed a hug. I guess Vivaldi was loud and he was worried!

Adam is growing Quarantine Facial hair…It looks as terrible as it sounds. I’ve been trying to come up with a name for it. Like the Flu Manchu or the Quarantee but I haven’t decided a winner yet I’m still open for suggestions!

The kids are now finishing Spaceballs. I’m not sure who is laughing more the boys or Adam.

Any who the kids are alright, Adam and I are alright, and the dog is still living his best life! Be safe everyone!
