Coronavirus Chronicles Day #20

Got up got coffee and got ready for e-learning. We have definitely gotten smoother with this and it probably has to do with the fact that I’m no where near as stressed as I was.

Got a Walmart pick up order. Adam grabbed it for me and had to run in to get a few additional things we couldn’t get online. Everything is now roped off and they are only letting in a certain amount of people. He said it was really strange!

Made birthday posters for Madison’s 17th birthday! Did a drive by honking our horn and waving like crazy! Sang her happy birthday! We then talked a little bit from about 15 feet away. We have missed them and it was good to see them from an acceptable social distance.

Cleaned the pool skimmer basket…found a dead frog. Smith’s 3 Animals 1…Quavo decided the frog was an awesome thing to roll in. Noah had to drag him away… gave the dog a bath.

Had dinner and had to break the news that the kids won’t be physically going back to school. I’m not sure it’s sunk in yet but I have a feeling it will soon. What a weird thing this all is.

Spotting the black dog in our yard again tonight. At this point it’s been all over our neighborhood. No one has claimed it and none of us can get close enough to it.

Owen got a FaceTime call from his Godfather and was thrilled!!

In summary the kids are alright, Adam and I are alright and the dog is living his best life covered in frog guts.
